Terms & Conditions and End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Product: JoFotara WooCommerce Pro (the "Plugin").
Seller / Licensor: Hatem Sweileh, Jordan (the "Seller", "we", "us").
Website: jofotara.hatemswaileh.com  |  Support: support@hatemswaileh.com
Last updated: 20 July 2026.

Please read this agreement carefully. By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the Plugin, you ("you", the "Customer", or "Licensee") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and this End-User License Agreement (together, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Plugin, and you may request a refund under the Refund Policy below.

1. Definitions

  • Plugin: the JoFotara WooCommerce Pro software, including its code, updates, bundled libraries, and accompanying documentation.
  • Single Site: one live WooCommerce installation reachable at a single primary registered domain, plus its customary staging or development copy used solely to test the same site.
  • License Key: the unique key issued to you to activate and validate the Plugin on your registered domain.
  • Support & Updates Term: the period during which you are entitled to receive software updates and ticket-based support, as described in Section 4.
  • JoFotara Platform: Jordan's national e-invoicing platform operated by the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan / its Income and Sales Tax Department.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of the applicable fee, the Seller grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable single-site license to install and use one copy of the Plugin on one Single Site that you own or operate.

  • The right to use the Plugin is perpetual and does not expire. What expires is your entitlement to updates and support (see Section 4).
  • You may install the Plugin on your Single Site's associated staging and development environments solely for testing and maintaining that same site, not to run a second production store.
  • Each additional production website requires a separate license.

2.1 Moving to Another Domain

You may move (re-activate) your license from your current domain to a different domain that you own or operate — for example, when migrating or rebranding your store — by deactivating the license on the old domain and activating it on the new one, or by contacting support to reassign it. This domain move is the only form of transfer permitted, and the license must at all times be used for a single active production site.

2.2 Non-Transferability

Except for the domain move described in Section 2.1, the license is non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the license or License Key to any third party, whether alone or as part of the sale of a website, without the Seller's prior written consent.

3. Restrictions — Redistribution, Resale & Anti-Piracy

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

  • Redistribute, resell, republish, sublicense, share, bundle, or otherwise make the Plugin (or any part of it) available to any third party;
  • Distribute, host, or promote "nulled", cracked, pirated, or otherwise unlicensed copies of the Plugin;
  • Remove, disable, bypass, tamper with, or circumvent the licensing, activation, validation, watermarking, or anti-piracy mechanisms of the Plugin;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, licensing, or per-customer watermark notices contained in the Plugin or its downloads;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

You acknowledge that downloads are watermarked per customer and that licenses are domain-locked. The Plugin remains the intellectual property of the Seller; this Agreement grants a license only and does not transfer ownership. Any use outside the scope of this Agreement automatically terminates the license.

4. Support & Updates — Included Term and Renewals

  • Your one-time purchase includes six (6) months of software updates and ticket-based support ("Support & Updates Term"), starting on the date of purchase.
  • After the Support & Updates Term ends, the Plugin continues to work on your Single Site under the perpetual use license — it does not stop functioning or "phone home" to disable itself.
  • However, access to new updates (including feature updates, compatibility updates, and non-security improvements) and to support tickets requires an active Support & Updates Term. Once it lapses, you will not receive further updates or ticket support until you renew.
  • You may renew for a further six (6) months at the then-current renewal price (currently $49 per 6 months) to restore updates and support.
  • Renewal is optional. Prices, cadence, and the scope of what constitutes an "update" may change from time to time and will be published on the website.
  • We aim to provide reasonable support during the Support & Updates Term but do not guarantee any specific response time, resolution, or that every requested feature or third-party compatibility will be delivered.

5. Fees, Payments & Processors

  • The Plugin is offered as a one-time purchase of $98 for a perpetual single-site use license, including the initial 6-month Support & Updates Term. Optional renewals are priced separately (Section 4).
  • Payments are processed by PayPal and by Paddle. For card payments, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and its own terms and privacy policy also apply to that transaction.
  • Prices are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise shown. Taxes (such as VAT/sales tax) may be added at checkout and, where applicable, are handled by the relevant payment processor / Merchant of Record.
  • Your card details never touch the Seller's servers. The Seller receives only payment references from PayPal/Paddle and never card numbers.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a fair, good-faith refund policy:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee: if, within fourteen (14) days of purchase, the Plugin genuinely does not work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after you have given us a reasonable opportunity to help, you may request a full refund.
  • To be eligible, you must contact support at support@hatemswaileh.com within the 14-day window, describe the problem, and allow us a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and fix it.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind after the Plugin has been successfully installed and used as intended, nor for issues caused by incompatible third-party themes/plugins, server misconfiguration, changes to the JoFotara Platform outside our control, or your failure to follow installation instructions.
  • Because the Plugin is downloadable digital software, refunds outside the conditions above are at the Seller's discretion. Where a payment is made through Paddle as Merchant of Record, refunds may also be subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms.

7. License Revocation on Refund or Chargeback

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise cancelled (whether by you, the payment processor, or the Merchant of Record), the associated License Key and all rights granted under this Agreement are revoked with immediate effect. Upon revocation you must stop using the Plugin, deactivate it, and delete all copies. Continued use of the Plugin after revocation is unlicensed and prohibited. Domain-locking and per-customer watermarking may be used to identify and prevent unlicensed use.

8. Data & Privacy

Operating the Plugin and your account involves processing certain data, including: your name and email (account); issued License Keys; the website domain(s) on which the license is activated; last-validation timestamps; support tickets and any optional attachments you provide; IP address for security throttling; and payment references from PayPal/Paddle (never card numbers). This data is processed to deliver, license, secure, and support the Plugin. Your use of the Plugin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Plugin transmits your invoice data to the JoFotara Platform as directed by you; you are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you submit.

9. Third-Party Platforms & Dependencies

The Plugin interoperates with WordPress, WooCommerce, and the JoFotara Platform, and relies on bundled or third-party libraries. We do not control these third parties. Changes to WordPress, WooCommerce, the JoFotara Platform, its APIs, specifications, certificates, or availability may affect the Plugin's operation, and we are not liable for disruptions caused by such third-party changes. We will make reasonable efforts to issue compatibility updates to customers with an active Support & Updates Term.

10. Trademark & Independence Notice

"JoFotara" (فوترة) is a name/mark associated with the national e-invoicing system of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and its Income and Sales Tax Department. This Plugin is an independent, third-party product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or officially connected to the Government of Jordan, the Income and Sales Tax Department, or any governmental authority. All product and company names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

11. Compliance Disclaimer

The Plugin is a tool that helps you submit e-invoices and credit notes to the JoFotara Platform and print QR codes. It does not constitute tax, accounting, or legal advice, and does not guarantee your compliance with any tax law or e-invoicing regulation. You remain solely responsible for the correctness of your invoices, tax treatment, and your compliance with all applicable laws and JoFotara Platform requirements. Consult a qualified tax professional where needed.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Plugin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements, or that it will remain compatible with future versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, or the JoFotara Platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, tax penalties, fines, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Plugin or this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • The Seller's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Plugin or this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to the Seller for the Plugin during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Plugin, your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any law, or the content and accuracy of the data you submit through the Plugin.

15. Term & Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms, including the restrictions in Section 3, or upon refund/chargeback revocation under Section 7. On termination you must cease all use of the Plugin and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 7, 10–16) will survive.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Amman, Jordan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

17. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase or renewal governs that transaction. Material changes will be posted on the website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

18. Entire Agreement & Severability

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Seller regarding the Plugin. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
